'Dancing With The Stars' Contestant Nick Carter, Wife Lauren Kitt Expecting First Child

The Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter will soon be a dad. New reports claim that Carter and wife Lauren Kitt are expecting their first child.

There are speculations that Kitt is already four months pregnant. "They are so happy and overjoyed," a source told Hollywood Life. "They've been trying and waiting for such a long time."

At the moment, no other details were given regarding Kitt's pregnancy, but many are excited that soon the "Dancing With The Stars" contestant will soon join the world of fatherhood.

Nick proposed to Lauren in February 2013. After over a year, the fitness pro and the "Backstreet Boys" singer married in April 2014. The romantic ceremony was held in Santa Barbara, Calif. The pair was very much in love. In fact, a source told the publication that Nick and Lauren's wedding kiss was the longest the source has ever seen. After a full minute, the then-newlyweds were still kissing like they were crazy with each other and are very thrilled to be officially husband and wife.

In an interview with Yahoo way back in September 2014 via E! Online, Cart revealed that he knew Kitt was meant for him the moment they meet. "I just felt an instant connection," he said. "It's like I just wanted to be around her."

Kitt, on the other hand, shared how she can endure 24/7 with Nick, which she can't carry on with her sister or girlfriends.

Carter and Kitt documented their love story on the VH1 reality show "I Heart Nick Carter." Nick received a relationship advice from Jordan Knight, who also belonged in a boy band group New Kids On The Block.

Knight encouraged Carter to keep his wife on the loop. For instance, he needs to inform his wife when he is going on tour immediately when he knows the tour will happen, not a day or week before the said event. He also said that it is necessary for Carter to share his plans with her.

Currently, Carter is among the contestants in the reality show "Dancing With The Stars" and the performer shared that he is grateful and honored to be a part of the said show. He believes that it helps him grow as a human being "because it's not just about the dance, it's about being strong in the moment and being able to overcome adversity," Entertainment Tonight has learned.

Meanwhile, Nick teased about the potential joint tour of Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls, encouraging fans to "trend it if you want it."
