Embarking on exercise and workouts could be a bane for most, particularly for the busy bodies but there is a saying that if there is a will, there is a way.

As far as Carrie Underwood is concerned, she shows folks how it can be done as she puts in some calorie-pounding workouts while doing her usual motherly thing of looking after his son Isaiah. And the result was hitting two things with one routine – weight training (an added 20 lbs courtesy of baby Isaiah and a core workout to boot as mentioned on Today.com.

Now take note, Underwood is a celebrity and the thought of ponder how someone who is actually a singer, actress and host. The list alone seems daunting and time is certain to be used up in no time. But as the singer pointed out, on the IG post, “Sometimes we just have to make it work!”

One of those rare moments are shown via her Instagram account where Underwood shows part of her exercise regimen with a little indirect help from baby Isaiah in the process.

The video shows her doing some squats with her child snug up close to her as reported by MTV.com.

Take note that with the baby included, such accounts for added weight means that the whole process could help develop her lower extremities far better.

Though such was considered a light moment for Underwood and Isaiah, it does prove something that with the proper logistics and senses, folks can effectively balance family and exercise without worries and added benefits.

Now, the whole regimen could be funny yet heart-warming. But taking it seriously, it does serve as an inspiration to the folks who have been having family and time management issues.

With regards to having a baby/toddler by your side when one does workouts, be advised that cases may vary and well need proper evaluation before proceeding to do so.

While Underwood’s example is inspiring and something some folks may eventually try (unless they are already doing it), seeking advice from pros or at least have someone on standby just in case could be a good idea.

The Carrie Underwood workout video may be seen by many as a good way to bond a mother and child, but the fact remains that routine workouts like this are categorically spur of the moment ideas and not really something that one would resort to as a daily routine.
