Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Dating: Selena Pushing Justin To Talk To Mom Pattie Mallette, 'Selena is Huge on Family' [Rumors]

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are spotted together. Are the ex-lover an item again? No matter what their relationship is, she is supportive of him especially on his struggles with his relationship to his mom.

In an interview with Billboard, the "Never Say Never" singer revealed that his relationship with his mom was "pretty nonexistent." He admitted that he was distant and ashamed. He didn't want to disappoint his mom but he knew that she was. "We spent some time not talking, so it takes time to rebuild that trust," he said. "She's living in Hawaii now, so it's hard, but getting better. She's an amazing woman and I love her."

TMZ reported that Justin cancelled several appointments due to personal issues. He cancelled his "Late Show with Stephen Colbert" guesting and his supposed tape performance on Tuesday evening for a Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS.

Justin's ex-girlfriend Selena is worried about him and she's encouraging him to set aside his pride and talk with his mom Pattie Mallette. "Selena is huge on family and thinks Justin could benefit from some much needed, quality time with his mom", a source told Hollywood Life. "He's got so much on his plate right now and Selena knows that Pattie always has a soothing effect on Justin."

According to the insider, Selena knows that her ex-flame needs the support of those people who know him well and love him the most. Of course, his mom is one of them. Justin's mom wants the best interest for his son, even from afar.

In fact, when Justin broke a 51-year-old record set by The Beatles, Pattie turned to Twitter and congratulated her son. "Good job @justinbieber! You were born for this. You shine so bright. Thank you for sharing ur gifts! #SoProud love love love xoxo Mama." Hopefully, the mother and son would soon reconcile.

Meanwhile, speaking of Justin and Selena, there were reports claiming that he serenaded her. Lindsey Cavanaugh told Teen Vogue that, on Friday night, she and her friends caught up with the "Baby" singer. One of her friends asked him, what he is doing in the place and he said, "I'm meeting up with my ex-girlfriend."

The ex-lovers sat on a couch and then one thing led to another, they were slow-dancing while the hotel's main piano man sang "Easy." Justin dipped the "Good For You" singer backwards and she laughed. Then he took the microphone and serenaded her with his flawless rendition of the Temptation classic "My Girl." Watch the video here.
