'19 Kids and Counting' Star Jessa Duggar Extends Support to Sister-In-Law Anna in Blog Post

The Duggars are plagued with several controversies after Josh's molestation scandal went public. The family was never the same since then, especially Anna. Although the scandal happened months ago, Jessa Duggar-Seewald continues her support to her sister-in-law.

Per StarPulse, Jessa continues to stand by Anna by sharing posts in the past against her brother's action and speaking on interviews how "hurt" she was that their family was involved in the said controversy.

Jessa and Jill were among the two of Josh's four siblings whom he reportedly touched inappropriately.

Meanwhile, earlier this month, Jessa delivered her first-born Spurgeon Elliot. The "19 Kids and Counting" star is now officially a mom. On her first Thanksgiving with her precious child, she did not miss to recognize the blessings she received.

"This Thanksgiving, one of the things we are grateful for is our precious little son, Spurgeon Elliot," she wrote on a blog post. "We are so thankful for His love and forgiveness extended to all of us. This Thanksgiving we are so happy to be parents! Children are a blessing from the Lord."

On the same post, she also expressed her gratitude for those who prayed for them. The new mom wants her and husband Ben, to be good parents to their son. She ended her post with, "From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!"

Aside from posting photos of her adorable son, Jessa also posted a photo of Meredith Grace, Josh and Anna's youngest child. In the photo, the little girl sported a pink bow headband in her hair and a red polka-dot pacifier in her mouth, StarPulse reported. She captioned the cute photo with a smiley face emoji and a heart-eyes emoji, per US Weekly. Check out the photo here.

Anna made headlines earlier after dressing Meredith in pants because the Duggars girls were accustomed to wearing skirts. Parent Herald previously reported that the said action caused a stir among fans. Some questioned if it was intentional and if the mom of four was breaking the family's tradition. Meanwhile, others were supportive of Anna's choice.

"Omg they let the little girl wear pants. She is too cute for words! Why does it matter how much skin a baby or little girl shows? Do you guys think babies and little girls are sexy? Do babies arouse Duggar men? That is super creepy," one follower wrote.
