Cameron Diaz, Benji Madden Pregnancy: Couple Adopting A Baby; Cameron, Gywneth Paltrow & Drew Barrymore Enjoy NYC Girls' Night Out [Rumors]

Despite the reports about Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden's pregnancy, it seems that the couple is still struggling to conceive. There is no doubt that they wanted to start their own family as they tried Invitro Fertilization (IVF). However, after several months, there are still no signs for a new addition to the family. New reports claimed that the couple is now considering adoption.

According to HeatWorld, the "Bad Teacher" star and her "Good Charlotte" frontman husband are going to try to adopt. The report claimed that the idea was from Cameron's sister-in-law Nicole Richie, who was married to Benji's twin brother and who was adopted herself. She gave advises to "The Other Woman" star on all sort of things including how a mom can bond with a baby that is not genetically her own.

Parent Herald previously reported that the "Annie" star was expecting twins or triplets. "When they found out they were expecting twins, Benji and Cam were in shock, but completely overjoyed," an insider told Life & Style Weekly. "Although she's just a few weeks in, Cameron is hoping her babies turn out to be a boy and a girl. She's excited to start shopping for the nursery."

Unfortunately, the report seems to be not true. In a separate report from Parent Herald, Cameron was stressed over her husband's lack of time for her and even more stressed that she can't still conceive even after trying IVF. There is no doubt that the "Sex Tape" star is desperate to be a mom. Per OK! Magazine, she tried to bathe in the Aboriginal waters in Australia in hopes of boosting her fertility, which she learned from Nicole Kidman but to no avail.

Perhaps, the couple felt that they have tried all the options and are now opting for adoption. Adoption is a wonderful thing and, whatever the couple decides, they will surely have everyone's support.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Cameron went out with her close pals Gwyneth Paltrow and Drew Barrymore, Entertainment Tonight reported. The blond beauties dined at the Dirty French. An insider saw the trio seated at a booth in the back of the restaurant and they were "really giddy and excited to be having a girls' night out."

Cameron, Paltrow and Barrymore have been close buds for years. They do not just support each other's careers, but they also stick for each other. The "Blended" star was the first to leave, while "Mortdecai" and "The Holiday" stars were all smiles as they left the place together.

Did Cameron discuss her plans about adoption to her best friends? What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
