'Fifty Shades Darker' Cast & Trailer: Lucy Hale vs Kendal Jenner, Who Will Play Leila Williams?; Dakota Johnson Going Blonde For Sequel [Rumors]

Excitement is brewing for the arrival of "Fifty Shades Darker," the sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey." Even though fans will have to wait a little bit longer before the famous adaptation to E.L. James' erotic novels hits the big screen, there are already a lot of speculations on Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan), Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) and other cast members on the sequel. Recent rumors point out on who will play Leila Williams and Ana Steele donning a new look.

According to Inquistr, "Pretty Little Liars" star Lucy Hale may now be ready for a sexier role as Leila Williams. In the book by E.L. James, Williams is Grey's former "submissive" partner who will return in "Fifty Shades Darker." If Hale will get the role, is she ready for some nude, NSFW scenes?

Cosmopolitan interviewed Hale last year where she described her audition for "Fifty Shades of Grey" as "uncomfortable" and "very sexual." The actress even said that she had to read lines about things that she "was so embarrassed to be reading out loud." However, the tides seem to turn for Hale as recently, the PLL actress showed her raunchy, sexy side on the new cover of Paper magazine.

On the photos, Hale was seen in a red room with a lot of ropes and bondage, which, according to Inquistr, has some "BDSM overtones."

"There are plenty of hidden secrets about me. Those [secrets] will remain hidden," she told the magazine.

Meanwhile, another rumored contender for William's role is "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kendal Jenner. According to Fashion & Style, the reality star has been taking acting lessons and has no problem with nudity on "Fifty Shades Darker," considering her job as a model.

Also, a source told Grazia Magazine that "Fifty Shades of Grey" director Sam Taylor-Jayson was "fascinated" with Jenner and "expressed interest in her appearing in the first film but it didn't happen."

Ana Steele Going Blonde?

A report from Yibada said that on Friday, "Fifty Shades Darker" lead star Johnson was spotted in New York City donning a new blonde hair color. After that, rumors arose that the 26-year-old actress may be playing a blonde Ana Steele, despite the character having brown hair in the "Fifty Shades" books.

Also, Johnson recently sat with Elle magazine and expressed her fearlessness in shooting sex scenes. "I don’t have any problem doing anything. The secret is I have no shame. I think there's a part of a woman that wants to be the thing that breaks a man down," she revealed.
