'No Man's Sky' Release Date PS4, Xbox One, PC: Delayed Launch Disappointing Fans, Subscription Free Gaming to be Offered?

Fans of the upcoming survival video game, "No Man's Sky," have been waiting for its release since the last quarter of 2015. But, unfortunately, the launch was delayed. As it was moved to be introduced on June 26, it looks like the enthusiasts lost their interest in the game.

Some said that the coming title may not be that "big" in the gaming industry because of its prolonged launch. According to Australia Network News, the newly given release date might be too late for Hello Games to manifest that the gameplay can give a unique experience for the game enthusiasts.

However, there are swirling assumptions that the indie studio intentionally canceled its official launch, which was Dec. 2015, for they have to be played via Virtual Reality console. But, the British video game developer is not yet giving any comments about the rumors.

And as a treat for their long-awaiting gamers, "No Man's Sky" might give a subscription-free gaming to get back the lost interest of their supporters. Christian Today reported the publisher based in Guildford, England stressed out that the rejection of the massively multiplayer online is because of the changes they are doing to improve the game.

Allegedly, Sean Murray of "No Man's Sky" teased that the game might be played via Sony PlayStation VR. "I don't know what I'm allowed to say, it's something we're thinking about. Morpheus, Oculus..." he said, Latinos Health noted.

"There's nothing more cool and sci-fi than VR and a big procedural universe," he added. "I think that, for the people who want to just explore, and even for the space combat and things like that, it would be a good fit. Let's put it that way."

Meanwhile, Game Rant added that Microsoft is also looking forward a "No Man's Sky" version for Xbox One. In fact, the Xbox director, Chris Charla said that a negotiation to be launched in Xbox One can happen if Hello Games permits it.

He even added that they are "willing to find a middle ground" with the game developers regarding their release policy. But, Hello Games is not yet breaking their silence about the issue.
