Donald Faison and CaCee Cobb Name their Baby Boy Rocco Faison

New parents, actor Donald Faison and CaCee Cobb, have finally found a suitable name for their newborn baby boy- Rocco Faison. The couple confirmed the news to Us Weekly.

Baby Rocco is the first child of the 39-year-old "Scrubs" actor with wife Cobb, who is very close to singer Jessica Simpson.

Well-wishers congratulated the couple for choosing an adorable name for their newborn.

"That's a cute name. They're a cute couple & I wish them the best!" one of the readers wrote, while another one added: "Thank god, a quite normal name."

The little boy was born Aug. 15, weeks after Cobb's best friend Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Ace Knute Johnson.

"Yesterday @caceecobb and I welcomed the most amazing little boy into our lives! Oh Happy Day!" the proud father tweeted Aug. 16, while the new mom supported her husband by sharing the tweet with her followers and adding, "The happiest day of my life,"to it.

Faison and Cobb were together for six years before finally tying the knot in December 2012. The couple announced the pregnancy in January this year.

"Looks like @donald_faison and I are going to have a little stormtrooper of our own!"  Cobb wrote, Jan. 31.

Cobb was a former assistant of Simpson. As years passed, the relationship between the two grew stronger and 34-year-old Cobb became an integral part of the Simpson family.

Cobb was also a part of Jessica's MTV reality show, "Newlyweds" and Vh1's TV show "Jessica Simpson: The Price of Beauty".

After enjoying her time with Simpson's daughter Maxwell and seeing her friends expanding their families, the 35-year-old Cobb, was ready to have a baby. No wonder, the new mom has already adjusted to some of the difficult challenges associated with motherhood and is enjoying her role as a mom in its actual spirit.

"I have never enjoyed being sh-t on so much before in my life," Cobb wrote, Aug. 22.

Apart from Rocco, Faison has four children from previous relationships: son Sean (16), fraternal twins- son Dade and daughter Kaya (13) and son Kobe (11).
