Mariah Carey's 4-Year-Old Is Still On Pacifier And Everyone Is Calling It Weird

Singer Mariah Carey is still being questioned by many regarding her parenting skills after posting an Instagram photo earlier this month of her and her twins, which includes her 4-year-old son, Moroccan Scott Canon, who was seen using a pacifier.

In an article published by Café Mum, the singer is facing a lot of criticisms from people on the Internet after her post showing Moroccan -- still enjoying his pacifier at his age. Apparently, many see this as a bad thing. Her twins are looking so cute on that picture and the singer has always been vocal about how her children have changed her life, especially now that she is divorced from her ex-husband, Nick Canon.

But despite how adorable her children look on that post, people on the Internet could be brutal about what they think is wrong in the picture. Lots of harsh comments were posted by fans regarding her son still wearing a pacifier. Some have even called her lazy and that she doesn't seem to accept the fact that her son needs to grow up.

Parents.com wrote that this is not the first time a celebrity's child was criticized for still using a pacifier when they have reached the age that they should no longer use it. Katie Holmes' and Tom Cruise's daughter Suri was seen back in 2011 using one when she was of the same age as Moroccan. Even David Beckham's daughter, Harper, who is also 4 years old, was seen wearing one. The football star was a bit disappointed on how people are so quick to judge about how parents should handle their children.

Although it is true that there are a lot of disadvantages that await children who are using a pacifier after their first birthday, it still doesn't mean that it is right to judge their parents and calling them names when they are, in fact, trying their best.
