Kris Jenner Buys Son, Rob Kardashian, a $2.3-M Home

TV star Rob Kardashian now has a new house, thanks to mom Kris Jenner. The Kardashian matriarch reportedly bought a $2.3 million property for her 28-year-old son.

Jenner bought the property in a gated and posh community in Calabasas, California, Entertainment Tonight reported. A source of the website claimed that Kardashian has been searching for homes for a while now.

"The deal closed just last week and he is in the process of moving in," the source said. "The family is all really excited about his move and him gaining his independence," the informant added.

The same report claimed that the house is 4,256 square feet, has four bedrooms and five baths. This new residence is said to be fit for Kardashian's taste and lifestyle.

The home also has a double-height dining room, French doors and a courtyard, according to the Los Angeles Times. It was also highlighted that the location of his new residence is just nearby the homes of other members of the Kardashian clan like Khloe and Kourtney, even half-sister Kylie Jenner.

Aside from these, the property was also designed to have a sitting room and a soaking tub inside its master suite. A built-in barbecue bar, a swimming pool and a fire pit will also be perfect for the gatherings of the Kardashian family.

As per Entertainment Tonight, Kardashian will also be living less than an hour from his girlfriend Blac Chyna. However, the report's source claimed that he did not acquire the house for the proximity to Chyna.

"This is his own deal," the source claimed. "Rob is in a really good place with this new change in his life -- he is just really happy."

In an earlier interview, Jenner claimed that she feels blessed knowing that all her children have settled down. "I never thought I would be in this place where all your kids are taken care of and settled down and have a home, and that's such a joy for a mom," she was quoted by Entertainment Tonight as saying.
