2.  Breastfeed the twins at the same time.

Moms should not worry about their milk supply because their bodies will produce more milk if they breastfeed more frequently. Moms can also try to boost their milk supply through eating foods such as fish, brown rice, carrots, oats and spinach, according to Mom Junction. If the milk supply is really not enough and positioning the two babies proves to be too difficult, then moms can try to alternately breastfeed one baby while bottle feeding the other one.

3. Use playpens, baby seats and other safety equipment.

Having a playpen, baby seat and other safety paraphernalia is very useful for moms of twins. It can allow mothers to do something else while both the babies are safe in their playpen. These tools can make feeding, bathing and other aspects of parenting much easier, especially for moms of twins.
