Many are looking forward to the return of "One Punch Man." For those who are very excited for "One Punch Man" season 2, here's the latest scoop we have about your favorite anime.

Per CrossMap, Murata Yusuke already announced that he is working on "One Punch Man" season 2. Per the report, the new season will focus on the Heron Hunter Arc that involves the series' most powerful villain to date, Garou.

If reports are true, then fans can expect a lot of action in "One Punch Man" season 2. The action scenes in the anime are one of the reasons that make the first season so popular.

The first episode of "One Punch Man" season 2 is titled "The Strongest Hero" and it will pick-up where season 1 left off. According to reports, Saitama will face two villains in the new season, his nemesis Amai Mask and Garou.

There's a brewing conflict between Saitama and Amai Mask in the first season of "One Punch Man" after the latter, a Class A Rank 1 hero blamed the former for the destruction of the city.

For those who are not familiar with Garou, according to HNGN, the character was Bang or Silver Gang's former disciple who eventually lost his way. The report notes that there is something interesting between Garou and Saitama. Both are on the same side of the coin, who go beyond what humans are capable of becoming.

Per the report, Garou's main objective in the manga is to hunt down the top ranking heroes, including S- and A-class superheroes, which will likely lead his roads to Saitama and Amai Mask. Will fans see the three characters fighting against each other in "One Punch Man" season 2? Will there be any alliance? We will soon find out.

Meanwhile, apart from the new villains coming in the second season, Game n Guide reported that Saitama may find his way on the dark side and join the bad guys in "One Punch Man" season 2.

"One Punch Man" season 2 will return in November.
