Gadget aficionados are now waiting for the next flagship phone of Samsung, the Galaxy Note 6. As the release of Samsung Galaxy Note 6 keeps everyone on their toes, there are emerging rumors about the specs of the upcoming smartphone.

Phone Arena obtained a screenshot of the Samsung Galaxy Note 6's CPU-Z. From the snap, the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 looks like carrying a model number SM-N9360. The Samsung Galaxy Note 6 might be measuring 5.77 inches screen with 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution as well.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will be powered by a Samsung Exynos 8890 microchip with 6 GB RAM paired with 32 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is set to last longer with 3,700 mAh battery compared to its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with 3,000 mAh battery.

Ecumenical News added that the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 has 12 MP rear camera with phase detection, autofocus, optical image stabilization and LED flash. The front camera, on the other hand, boasts of 5 MP.

This will also be the first time that the Samsung Galaxy Note line will feature dust and water protection with IP68 stamp, much like the Samsung Galaxy S7. Also, the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will be aesthetically like the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, but a little bulkier.

Samsung Galaxy Note 6 Release Date

As rumors have it, Samsung Galaxy Note 6 might be possibly seen sometime in August. However, some said it will be released sooner, claiming that might happen sometime in July, as per Neurogadget.

China's social media site, Weibo, also cited that the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 might, too, carry other model numbers. However, it has been said that the photo is from unknown source claiming he's an employee from Samsung, but Samsung has yet to confirm anything.
