2. Find a peaceful location and ground yourself: During meditation, you can sit or lie. In fact, if you have your own space and you are comfortable to do it in front of your computer, that is possible.

The trick is to find a comfortable location to replenish your energy. If you sit, place yourself in the cross-legged position but if you sit on a chair, place your feet firmly on the ground.
