Janet Jackson Releases 'Dammn Baby' Music Video After Pregnancy Rumors Surface

Singer Janet Jackson once again showed that she still has the moves despite her age and years of being in the industry. The 49-year-old singer-songwriter proved she can still sing and dance just like during the 90s.

Rolling Stone said Jackson showcased her signature moves in her black-and-white "Dammn Baby" music video released on Wednesday. Janet Jackson was joined by a group of female dancers who grooved to her beat on the dance floor while the lights were flashing. Jackson also performed what appeared to be a shadow dance in one part of the video.

It was added in the same report that this new single is part of the Janet Jackson's 2015 Unbreakable album. The video for the song was directed by Dave Meyers while Gil Duldula took charge of choreography.

"When she's comfortable, she smiles and she giggles and she laughs at things, and at the same time hit that serious sexy stuff that she does," Meyers told Rolling Stone. "That's her essence, and when she's in a comfortable environment, it just naturally comes out."

Janet Jackson's new video came out when rumors about her pregnancy also surfaced. CNN said the soon-to-be 50 singer has not confirmed any report about her conceiving a baby.

Earlier last month, she had to stop the second leg of her "Unbreakable" World Tour to work on her family. It was the second time Janet Jackson had to cancel a concert.

"I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family, so I'm going to have to delay the tour," Janet Jackson was quoted by CNN as saying. "Please, if you can try and understand that it's important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor's orders."

News about her pregnancy made rounds on the Internet a few days ago. Many reports that she is finally expecting her first child with billionaire Wissam Al Mana whom Janet Jackson married in 2012.
