Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky share photo and names of newborn twins
Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky recently gave birth to twin boys, Tristan and Sasha, sharing a photo of both babies' feet on a blog post for Glamour Spain.
Hemsworth, 30, and Pataky, 37, captioned the photo in a blog post: "I present Tristan and Sasha," along with several other photos of baby items like strollers, skin products, a crib, a cabinet and more.
The couple did not disclose their reason for choosing the names for their twins but Spanish model and actress Pataky shared some advice for other moms, highlighting the importance of skin-to-skin contact for newborns.
"Whenever you can, from the first moment they are born," she wrote. Pataky said skin-to-skin contact was something they also practiced with their 2-year-old daughter India and shared that the little girl "did not cry for ten seconds... It is one of the most special and unforgettable sensations as infants."
Pataky also advised parents, especially those with more than three little kids, to have spacious sleeping quarters. "Buy yourself a huge bed," she wrote.
The actress also revealed that not all of the items in the twin's room are brand new. The changing table, for instance, is a hand-me-down from India. She also specified some of the brands she is relying on for her babies' needs. The twins' cribs, for instance, are Stokke beds.
Another brand Pataky is a fan of is Aden + Anais. In her blog post, she shared that India, Tristan and Sasha are using the brand for their bed sheet covers, changing tables and swaddles.
For their skin, Pataky says she uses Kiehl's.
