Baby Does Running Man Challenge With Excellent Footwork

The coolest dance craze today has hooked persons of all ages including babies who can even barely walk. A viral video of a baby dancing to the Running Man Challenge has amused thousands of netizens.

Daily Mail said the video (shown below) highlighted a Texas baby's amazing rhythm despite being just a few months old. It was obvious that the young individual cannot even stand on his own and was being assisted while dancing to the 1996 hit single "My Boo" of Ghost Town.

The baby was also seen nodding his head before the chorus part of the song as if he knew his cue. His move was also in accordance to the beat of the song.

The clip was originally posted on Twitter by a user named Aisha Chapa. It has been liked more than 17,000 times. Many Twitter users were captured by the baby's dance steps and "amazing footwork."

"This song knows no generation," read one comment on the Twitter account. "It will out live us all."

The Running Man Challenge, according to Pop Sugar, was started by University of Maryland basketball players Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens. They challenged others to do another version of the running man dance which was famous during the nineties. The dance step also used the same hit single.

TechTimes said other basketball players and teams responded to the challenged by doing the running man. It even reached the NBA with Miami Heat player Justise Winslow also doing the running man.

It has also spilled over other sports including college football. It was noted in the same report that University of Michigan football players Khalid Hill, David Dawson, Mike McCray and Channing Stribiling have a version of the running man. According to Mashable, the funny and entertaining dance has become one of the biggest hits just like previous dance crazes Harlem Shake and Gangnam Style.
