Unlike others who were born with bipolar disorder, Julie's manic depressive episodes were triggered by life events that caused trauma. Though she went through a series of hardships as she dealt with her bipolar disorder, Julie shared that she didn't let her mental health condition affect her.

Julie admitted that it was hard for her to adjust to her new environment because of her condition, and meeting new people is one of her struggles. She did give out some tips on how to adjust and adapt to a new environment. She also mentioned the importance of explaining how the manic depressive episodes occur for the people around you to understand what ticks the behavior. Lastly, she shared the importance of being aware with self-judgement.
