Visiting The Park Is Good For Health: Regular Park Visits Could Lower Your Blood Pressure, New Study Says

America has a lot of issues when it comes to health and losing weight. There seem to be endless reasons for its citizens to not stay healthy. But the good news is, there are also solutions that most people are not even aware of. Take simply visiting your local park for example. A new study says that walking in the park for about half an hour a day could already improve your heart condition.

In an article published by News Medical, they said that people who are often visiting parks in just a minimum of 30 minutes in a week are more likely to have a healthy blood pressure. But it is not just their blood pressure that this activity is taken care of because even their mental health would also be fixed.

This study was done by environmental scientists in Australia and the United Kingdom. They have concluded that people who have their regular experience of nature are less likely to suffer from having high blood pressure. This also means that they could be safe from experiencing a heart attack or Myocardial Infarction.

Meanwhile, Health Fitness Revolution said that it is not only local parks that could do wonders in lowering a person's blood pressure. Apparently, theme parks are also good for the health. Just walking in theme parks could already make you burn calories and it would even make you burn more if you take a hop on its rides like the roller coaster and the Ferris wheel.

Theme parks are huge, which gives you more space to walk and lower your blood pressure along with your cholesterol level. This activity could also manage depression and anxiety. So instead of moping inside the house and just watching TV, why not go for a walk and explore nature while it takes care of your blood, heart and even mind.
