An insider told Us Weekly that Jordan Rodgers has another reason for joining the ABC reality series and falling in love with Fletcher does not fall on his list, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry.

The insider, who is allegedly close to Rodgers, told the publication that the former NFL quarterback joined "The Bachelorette" Season 12 in hopes of advancing his career in the entertainment industry. Since Rodgers was cut from the NFL in 2014, he decided to find other means to gain popularity in the industry.

"The Bachelorette" 2016 winner allegedly thought of joining the show in order to become the next "Bachelor." However, things may have changed the moment he joined the series and eventually chose to end up getting engaged to Fletcher.

As a matter of fact, it is not only Reality Steve or James Taylor who spoke of Jordan Rodgers' true intentions for "The Bachelorette" Season 12 JoJo Fletcher. According to Buddy TV, even Rodgers' fellow contestants claimed that Rodgers had a different reason for joining the show.

Rodgers addressed the backlash that he is receiving from viewers and even his fellow contestants on "The Bachelorette" 2016. Rodgers dissed Derek Peth, who was a fan-favorite but was unfortunately eliminated this week.

"The Bachelorette" Season 12 winner alleged that Derek watched previous seasons of the show before joining the current season. Rodgers claimed that Derek has already known what to say in order to win the show.
