Ciara and Russell Wilson's Marriage Details Revealed, Will They Soon Have a Baby Together?
The former fiancée of rapper Future, Ciara, has tied the knot for the first time with her NFL player then- fiancé, Russell Wilson, in Cheshire, England.
E! News reported that Wilson and Ciara got married in front of their family and close friends. The ceremony was held at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England. The marriage comes months after Wilson proposed to the songstress.
According to reports, the bride wore a custom Roberto Cavalli wedding dress. The wedding dress was seen in one of the photos posted by one of the singer's best friend, Jennifer Hudson. The dress was said to be designed by Roberto Cavalli's creative director Peter Dundas.
The R&B singer married Wilson after their whirlwind romance following her split from rapper Future. They were first romantically linked in April of 2015 and have been spotted together on several occasions.
Less than a year after going public with their relationship came the engagement, which was posted on their social media accounts. Wilson and Ciara were on a vacation when he knelt down to one knee. The Seattle Seahawks quarterback took to Instagram to post a video saying that Ciara said yes while the songstress was in the background showing off her massive sparkler.
Ciara also took to Twitter to announce the news months ago writing: "God Is Good! Grateful For You @DangRussWilson. You Are Heaven Sent. I'm Looking Forward To Spending Forever With You." She also recently took to Instagram to post a candid shot of her and Wilson after getting married and captioned it with "We are the Wilsons!"
The pair have also made headlines when they announced that they are choosing abstinence until they get married. In an interview with Wilson at a church in San Diego last July, the NFL player said that God talked to him saying that he needs to lead Ciara adding, "I told her right then and there. What would you do if we took all that extra stuff off the table and just do it Jesus way ... because if you can really love somebody without that, then you can really love somebody." Ciara opened up about their decision to remain abstinent saying that it is not easy they are focusing on each other as people.
It is possible that since they are already married, a baby will be on the way. If this happens, it will be Ciara's second child as she has a first baby with her former fiancé, Future.
This is the first marriage for Ciara and the second for Wilson. He was previously married from 2012 to 2014.
