'Star Wars Rogue One' Darth Vader in New Trailer Out This Week? Ruthless Villain Teased

"Star Wars Rogue One" Darth Vader updates are keeping fans at the edge of their seats. Perhaps one of the most anticipated parts of the new Lucasfilm standalone flick is Vader's confirmed appearance.

While not a lot has been disclosed about the supervillain's involvement in "Star Wars Rogue One," the mere confirmation of his short cameo has gotten fans really excited. As previous reports already mentioned, Vader will still be the same ruthless villain he was and he has a few sinister acts up his sleeve in the upcoming movie.

New "Star Wars Rogue One" Darth Vader reports claim that the addition of the well-liked villain is what "Star Wars Rogue One" really needs. As Cheat Sheet noted, bringing him back to the big screen was a good idea "because it works."

Meanwhile, a new trailer for "Star Wars Rogue One" will  be released on July 15, 2016. The new trailer will be three minutes long and will be aired on ABC during a special titled "Secrets of the Force Awakens." Fans are definitely looking forward to see whether another Darth Vader reveal will be made in the new trailer.

In a recent announcement, Ben Mendelsohn has been casted as one of the villains in "Star Wars Rogue One." Although it was just recently revealed that he will be playing Director Orson Krennic, and not the rumored Grand Moff Tarkin. New reports are now suggesting that he will be under the control of none other than Darth Vader himself.

Entertainment Weekly recently revealed that Krennic is very ambitious, and won't stop until he completely destroys the Rebels with his own squad of freaky Deathtroopers. While he is terrifying in his own right, "Star Wars Rogue One" Darth Vader updates claim that he will be very careful to please his master, Darth Vader.

"Star Wars Rogue One" is slated for a December 14, 2016 release date.
