"Girl Meets World" Season 3 spoilers reveal that the Disney series is about to stage a big reunion with its predecessor, "Boy Meets World." This reunion led to speculations that the show was already coming to an end, as previous reports have been hinting on the series' possible cancellation on the network.

Disney Channel recently aired its statement regarding the "Girl Meets World" Season 3 cancellation via TVLine. According to the network, episodes of the current season will air all the way until 2017.

"With episodes airing on Disney Channel into 2017, there's no news to share yet about a fourth season," said a network representative.

Rumors about the "GMW" Season 3 cancellation started because of Rowan Blanchard and Uriah Shelton's posts on social media. The said posts had somewhat given the message that the show was already coming to an end.

Meanwhile, there are ongoing rumors that if "Girl Meets World" Season 4 will not happen on Disney Channel, the show may still move on to Freeform. Many fans raised their petitions online to have the series moved to another network in order to explore deeper and bolder stories for Riley (Rowan Blanchard), Maya (Sabrina Carpenter), Lucas (Peyton Meyer) and the rest of the gang.

The petition has already raised over 20,000 supporters as of writing. It remains to be seen, however, whether Disney Channel will cancel "Girl Meets World" Season 4 in 2017, especially when it is one of the network's most talked about shows.
