Jennifer Lopez Rumored Pregnancy Update: Doctor Says She Is In High-Risk Situation, Casper Smart Wanted Baby For Years Now

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are reportedly expecting their first baby together, which is a third for the singer, and according to a doctor, if the reports are true about her carrying a child, it would be a high-risk pregnancy due to her age. According to other reports, Lopez and Smart have been wanting to have a child for years now.

The "Ain't Your Mama" singer and her dancer boyfriend were reportedly able to successful conceive after years of trying and reports surfaced saying that Lopez will not stop from working especially with her Las Vegas residency and her show "Shades of Blue." However, Dr. Arthur L. Wiscot of the Reproductive Partners Medical, said that she might change her mind about that.

Wiscot shared, "The successful birth of a healthy baby with a woman's own eggs at age 47, no matter how she conceives, is really a long shot," Life & Style Weekly reported.

Lopez, the mother of eight-year-old twins Max and Emme, is reportedly humble and thankful that she was given the chance to carry a child at her age. An insider added that Lopez is aware of the risks and just wants to deliver a healthy baby boy or girl. The insider continued to say, "She says she'll slow down when she has to, but if her doctors don't tell her to, she'll dance her butt off as much as she can," The Hollywood Gossip reported.

Lopez reportedly had a lot on her plate and told Smart to wait until they could try and conceive a baby. Accordingly, before she and Smart tried to have a baby, she has decided that she is once again ready to settle down because she thinks Smart would be the perfect father. He is reportedly treating Lopez like a queen and gets her everything that she craves.

It is unclear if Smart and Lopez will be getting married soon or after the baby is born if and when the reports about the singer having a bun in the oven are true.

Lopez and Smart are yet to comment.
