Chris Paul is excited to move out of Los Angeles. In fact, he is selling his multi-million property in LA. This move trigger reports that he will also be joining another team in the upcoming NBA season.

According to Los Angeles Times, the nine-time NBA All-Star is selling his two-story Mediterranean house in Bel Air, Los Angeles. The said property was originally owned by Avril Lavigne and Chris Paul bought it from the pop punk princess for $8.99 million.

Chris Paul spent to renovate the home according to his standards. The property now features lively hardwood floors with modern fixtures and white gallery walls. The property also includes a 12-seat theater for movie enthusiasts and a gym with a sauna for those who want to keep in shape. In addition, it has a billiards room for entertainment and comes with elevator services.

It has a chef kitchen with dark cabinetry and two islands, which gives one enough room to move around. Its master retreat with kitchenette, fireplace and balcony overlooking the grounds is a perfect place for leisure and relaxation.

The house also includes sliding glass walls in the common areas that lead to the swimming pool and spa. It also features an impressive landscape with its rolling lawns and impressive views that make the setting perfect in its own terms.

Chris Paul's property is for sale at $11.495 million. However, the NBA player is not leaving California for good as he still owns another property in Calabasas.

Meanwhile, according to Sports Rageous, Chris Paul might be playing for another team in the upcoming NBA season after failing to deliver LA Clippers a championship. Cleveland Cavaliers showed interest in acquiring Paul before but the team already won a championship with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving. Thus, we can't tell if Cavs holds the same interest up to now.
