‘Alaskan Bush People’ News: Matt Brown Doesn’t Like The Man He Has Become Because of Family? Show Cancelled?

"Alaskan Bush People" is currently on hiatus, and while the Discovery Channel is yet to make any formal announcement, rumors have been swirling about its possible cancellation for several reasons. One of which is Matt Brown's drinking problem, and most recently, Joshua Brown's romance with the show's producer.

Matt Brown has been having a problem with his drinking of alcohol, which is why he is currently in the rehab. Getting to the root of his alcoholism is several factors, including how he doesn't like the kind of person he has become now that he is already 33 years old, Blasting News reported.

According to publication, Matt Brown has been living in the wilderness of Alaska since he was 3 years old, although some reports revealed that the Brown family did not live in the Alaskan wilderness for 30 consecutive years. And being the eldest child, Matt has shared the responsibility of looking out for his brothers and sisters. He tended to turn his own struggles into drinking.

A photo of him surfaced on Facebook, which shows a clean-cut, better-looking Matt Brown. That's what he get after spending some time in the rehab and away from his family. Do you think he is better off in the civilization?

Meanwhile, Joshua "Bam Bam" Brown is rumored to be in love with Allison Kagan, the Supervising Field Producer of the "Alaskan Bush People." According to Aussie Network News, there are sources that said that the two were spotted hanging out at a bar in New York City. Rumors have it that it is the reason why the show is getting canceled because it may be deemed unprofessional.

"Alaskan Bush People" is reportedly back filming for another season, amid cancellation rumors. Back in March, Discovery Channel announced its new and returning shows for 2016-2017, and "Alaskan Bush People" is one of them. The network also continues to air reruns of the show, so it looks like it is leaning more toward renewal.
