'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Update: Get a Glimpse of Carlton Gebbia Battle and Kim Richards' Jail Time

Two of the stars from the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hill" are going through tough times. Carlton Gebbia is caught up in a divorce battle with her husband while Kim Richards, on the other hand, landed a jail time after violating probation.

Two of the stars from the "Real housewives of Beverly Hills" are stuck with their own personal drama. Carlton Gebbia who was happily married for 18 years is now caught in a divorce battle with her husband, David.

Carlton Gebbia's divorce details were originally referred to as rumors as the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star remained mum about the issue. The divorce speculations were then confirmed after a source talked to People magazine and confirmed the said divorce speculations.

"Carlton and her husband have recently separated but are living together under the same roof for the wellness of their children," the source stated.

Though the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" couple are going through divorce, it was mentioned that they still live on the same house for the sake of their children. Carlton Gebbia and David shares three children namely Destiny, Mysteri and Cross.

As for Kim Richards on the other hand, it was mentioned that the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is doing her best to avoid jail time. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star reportedly violated her probation.

Reality Tea mentioned that Kim Richards was convicted for shoplifting more than $600 worth of items from Target in 2015. As part of her probation, Kim Richards was tasked to participate in community service and was requested to attend alcoholics anonymously. Though these are agreements that can keep her off jail time, it was mentioned that Kim Richards didn't move forward on what was agreed upon.

Though Kim Richards was on the verge of landing a jail time, her lawyers were able to fix the sanction for her as she can still live in the outside world. As of this date, Kim Richards is still on probation and is tasked to appear on her next hearing this November.
