'Pokemon GO' Latest News & Update: Niantic's Official Event Will Let You Catch Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres and Ditto

In the world of "Pokemon GO" the legendary Pokemon, Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres are very rare that no one has caught them yet. Ditto, who is not a legendary Pokemon is also a very rare find. So, when will Niantic give out these very special Pokemons?

Most fans of "Pokemon GO" are theorizing that the availability of these legendary Pokemon would be available at an actual event. Clues regarding the appearance of Mewtwo can even be seen in the original announcement trailer for "Pokemon GO."

During the overwhelming and perfectly explained trailer, a pool of crowd went into Times Square where a timer was set in place. At the 1:59 mark, players started to attack Mewtwo all at the same time until its health bar got depleted. At the end of the trailer, the crowd cheered as they were all able to catch Mewtwo all at once.

In the actual world of "Pokemon GO," players are not offered with holograms as they battle Pokemon but the trailer closely resembles how we play the game. According to Kotaku, the trailer closely resembles how we play at Pokemon gyms.

To defeat a strong monster, players of the same team can gang up with the stronger Pokemon to defeat it. It is a possibility that the same concept will be done for the legendary Pokemon such as Mew and Mewtwo also with the Legendary Birds Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and hopefully the cute and transforming Ditto.

Niantic will really have to figure out how they will release Mewtwo and the rest of the rare Pokemon. If Mewtwo would be available in specific regions or if it would be in multiple different regions at the same time. "Pokemon GO" has already received success in drawing big crowds together at unofficial events, so making it official will really bring more players in.

"Pokemon GO" truly is a unique game. While players wait for the rare Pokemon to show themselves, players will still wait and see where and how they would be able to catch them.
