A new NBA trade rumor is spreading that the Los Angeles Lakers are looking to upgrade their middleman. The Lakers are extremely in search of good center who can protect the paint for them, it's likely to be Rudy Gobert.

Previously, the Lakers are reportedly getting remorseful that they signed Timofey Mozgov in monster contract. With this, the Lakers seem to be looking for another center that could provide the help they need.

As for the Utah Jazz, Rudy Gobert is entering his final year of his contract, though Gobert seems to be enjoying his relationship with the organization, due to Gobert's free agency Jazz might be bothered by how much other team would offer Rudy Gobert. If in doubt, it might be a good move for the Jazz to deal Gobert as earlier as possible better than getting none due to his free agency next summer.

Earlier this week the Lakers expressed interest in Rudy Gobert. With a slim body-type, Gobert managed to average 2.2 blocks and 11 rebounds per contest last season with a helpful 9.9 points per game.
