NBA Trade Rumors:Klay Thompson The Odd One In GSW, Will be In The Trade Block Soon?

Golden State Warriors is the favorite contender for this season's NBA title. Of course, it is difficult not to root for the Warriors, especially if you consider its powerful lineup. However, according to NBA trade rumors, Klay Thompson is the odd one in GSW and the player might be on the trading block soon.

According to Ecumenical News, at the time, it is unlikely to see the Golden State Warriors engaging in a trade talk involving any of its superstar players. However, if this scenario occurs, chances are high that Klay Thompson will be the one in the trading block.

If Kevin Love is the odd one in Cavs, reports have it that Klay Thompson is the equivalent in Golden State Warriors. NBA Trade rumors suggest that if one key player in the Warriors will be traded, most likely it will be no other than Thompson.

Currently, Golden State Warriors has the most ideal roster in the NBA league today . It has four NBA-All Star including Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. Unfortunately, reports have it that one of the Splash Brothers, Thompson, is the weakest link in the lineup.

Parent Herald previously reported that Kevin Durant's arrival in GSW has reduced Klay Thompson's value. Many believe that the shooting guard will be affected the most when the former OKC Thunder small forward join the team.

At the time, Klay Thompson is linked to Denver Nuggets. Reports have it that GSW is planning to unload Thompson to Nuggets to acquire the power duo Danilo Gallinari and Will Barton. Meanwhile, other sources  claimed that Sacramento Kings is planning to acquire Klay Thompson and his older brother.

However, it is still uncertain whether this trade will be pushed or not. Klay Thompson did great in the playoffs last season. He averaged 22.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. In fact, he was the second-leading scorer in the Warriors just a few points behind Stephen Curry.
