'Attack on Titan' Season 2 Spoilers & Air Date: Zeke and Giant Ape Titan Coming on 'AoT'; Krista Will Kill Eren

As "Attack on Titan" Season 2 is already underway, fans are mostly asking what is new for the upcoming season. Reports that "AoT" Season 2 will not be a continuation of the previous season and would introduce new menacing and more dangerous Titans to kill the human race have also surfaced.

As previously reported on Parent Herald, "Attack on Titan" Season 2 will not focus on its manga counterpart but will stand on its own although most of the plots and spoilers revealed online are mostly connected to the manga series. If news that "AoT" will not follow the manga plot then fans will totally have a lot of surprises for this season.

Revelation that two new Titans will come this season which could be a game changer for Eren, Mikasa and their friends. The new Titan Zeke will be more different with Eren in Titan form since Zeke is an intelligent Titan who would mostly be conscious while he ravage the walls.

Another Titan who will be coming is the Ape-like Titan who has the power of speed and strength. This Titan is reported to create more havoc and potential death to the Survey Corp.

It is also reported that Mikasa and Armin's relationship may also be highlighted and the two may end up becoming more than just friends. However, Eren would not like this idea as he is the one for Mikasa.

There will also be more revelations regarding the backstory of the walls and why there are Titans sleeping inside the walls. As "Attack on Titan" Season 1 did not reveal much of the story of the Titans and how those residing inside the walls become like prisoners, "AoT" Season 2 will reveal most of its backstory and the possible backstory of the Reiss family.

The Reiss family has always played a significant role in "AoT" and this will be even more revealed in "Attack on Titan" Season 2. It is possible that by the season finale of "AoT" that Eren and Krista will be in a difficult situation as Krista may attempt to kill Eren although she would change her mind at the last minute.

"Attack on Titan" Season 2 is reported to be released on February, 2017 although "AoT" has not revealed if the air date is official.
