'Jurassic World' Star Chris Pratt Teaches 2-Year-Old Son 'Pledge of Allegiance' [Video]

As if the world needs more reason to love Chris Pratt, the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' star is not only winning a lot of fans for his pleasant attitude, his good looks and his sense of humor but also winning admiration everywhere for being one of the coolest celebrity dads around.

On his Facebook account, the actor recently shared an adorable video of himself and his 2-year-old son, Jack, whom he was teaching the Pledge of Allegiance. The "Jurassic World" actor said that the video was supposed to be his tribute for Memorial Day, but he had been on a trip to China and there was no phone access.

"I'm proud to be American. I'm blessed to get to travel the world! ‪#‎IPledgeAllegiance," Pratt wrote in the status comment of his video post. In it, he was chanting the pledge line by line and his cute son was echoing what he said, despite having no clue as to what this was about. They were both looking at an American flag that was hanging by the front porch.

Despite the late posting, the video was well-received by plenty of his followers, with so many saying that he's doing a great job with his son. "At a time when so few even bother acknowledging the flag you're teaching your child to respect it. Keep up the good work," one commenter wrote his Facebook post. "Precious, the fruit will not fall far from the tree, thank you for giving him strong roots Chris," another said. As of this writing, the video has already been viewed for over 1.6 million, shared nearly 19,000 times and "liked" by over 83,000 people.

The "Parks and Recreation" alum welcomed Jack in August 2012 with his wife, television star Anna Faris. The two were married in 2009 and have shared that they have plans of uprooting their family away from Hollywood since Jack is growing up.

"Anna and I are both from Washington State. We both had pretty simple lives and upbringings. I want Jack to just be able to be like, 'See ya buddy. Go outside. Come back later.' And also, I like the country and clean air and things just slowed down," said Chris to Entertainment Weekly. But since his wife is still tied up to her TV series, "Mom," the family's plans of moving may be delayed until they can work something out.

"I'd like to give him some normalcy. It's gonna be weird for him to have famous parents. It's gonna be a burden for him sometimes, you know? But it's all relative," said Chris.

Meant to post this on #MemorialDay but I was in China and my phone wasn't working. I'm proud to be American. I'm blessed to get to travel the world! #IPledgeAllegiance
