Chevrolet Bolt 2017: Get a Glimpse of the Most Innovative Electric Car to be Released Next Year

Tesla is in for a tight competition as Chevrolet announced the launching of their all-electric Chevy Bolt. It was recently announced that Chevy Bolt is capable running more than 200 miles.

Automobile enthusiasts were thrilled upon hearing Chevrolet's latest model. Knows as the Chevy Bolt, the all-electric automobile is not just eco-friendly, it is also said to be easy on the pocket.

Chevrolet Bolt EV 2017 is said to be "all-electric and all-efficient" as said on the website. Chevrolet cited that their upcoming Chevrolet Bolt can run for more than 200 miles of range once it is full charged. The all-electric feature may have placed the auto lovers in awe, but what made Chevrolet Bold 2017 standout against its competitor, Tesla, is the fact that it is very easy on the pocket.

Chevrolet Bolt can reach up to 238 miles, which is the given estimate travel distance given for the vehicle. The numbers are estimated for both city and highway travels, it was then mentioned that the battery would easily drain if the vehicle would run around 70 mph, which can easily drain the battery. Though the battery would easily run out for highway travels, using the all-electric vehicle within the city can potentially increase the battery life.

As mentioned on The Verge, the Chevrolet Bolt would only be less than $30,000. It was then added that base price of Chevrolet Bolt's base price was intended to be less than $37,500. These numbers, however, are just mare estimates, as the actual price will be officially announced by Chevrolet by the end of this year.

Chevrolet Bolt is coined as one of the most innovative vehicle for 2017; along with it is the Tesla Model S. Tesla also managed to create an electric car, with 60 kWh battery life, which is basically the same as bolt.

Though Tesla and Chevrolet may have a lot in common, Tesla Model S, however, is a bit on the pricey side. It was mentioned that the Model S range around $66 before tax.
