Los Angeles-Philadelphia 76ers Trade Reports: D'Angelo Russell, Julius Randle Traded To Get Jahlil Okafor and Nerlens Noel?

Jahlil Okafor and Nerlens Noel have been on the trading block for quite a time now and the latest team to be linked to the two is the Los Angeles Lakers. According to the latest reports, D'Angelo Russell and Julius Randle are being offered for Philadelphia 76ers' Noel and Okafor.

Sportsrageous reported that the trade might happen before the season or during the 2016-2017 NBA season. The Los Angeles Lakers is said to be rebuilding its roster and their abundancy in having guards might interest Philadelphia 76ers since they have a crowded front court.

As per the basketball analysts, if Philadelphia 76ers will offer both Noel and Okafor in exchange of Russell and Randle, it might be great for the Los Angeles Lakers since they already have a starting point guard, in the person of Jordan Clarkson. Getting both Okafor and Noel will reportedly improve the roster of Los Angeles Lakers and balance things out for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Another trade rumor surrounding Okafor is the possibility that he will be acquired by Toronto Raptors, Morning News USA reported. Accordingly, Cory Joseph might go to Philadelphia 76ers if Okafor will be traded to Toronto Raptors. If Okafor transfers to the aforementioned team, he will help the frontcourt of the team. He will be working alongside DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry.

This will also be great news for Joseph as he can show off his basketball skills better without being overshadowed by Lowry.

For Noel, he has been constantly linked to Cleveland Cavaliers. Accordingly, Kevin Love will be coming to Philadelphia 76ers and Noel will be playing alongside LeBron James and Kyrie Irving. Cleveland Cavaliers is reportedly threatened by the fact that Golden State Warriors drastically involved their roster by acquiring Kevin Durant.

The other teams linked to Philadelphia 76ers are Minnesota Timberwolves and Boston Celtics. What do you think about the trade rumors above?
