‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 23 [WEEK 3 SPOILERS]: Who Will Be Immune From Elimination Following This Week’s Face-Off Night

"Dancing with the Stars" season 23 is already on its week 3 and the competition is definitely heating up with excitement as the 12 remaining celebrity contestants will go head to head against each other for the "DWTS" season 23 "Face Off Night."

Last week, the "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 dance floor was transformed into an intense dance battlefield for the competition's first elimination episode. Even though the previous episode also showcased some exceptional musical and dancing numbers, especially with the sexy and fierce act from returning "DWTS" pro favorites Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Cheryl Burke and Derek Hough, fans also bid goodbye to the first eliminated couple, Jake T. Austin and Jenna Johnson, Entertainment Weekly noted.

In "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 3 "Face Off Night," ABC reveals the celebrity contestants will vie against each other. During the competition, two couples will be assigned to perform the same dance style but with different songs.

The highest scorer will be immune from the elimination in "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 3 while the six couples with the lowest scores will be saved via text votes. The couple with the lowest number of text votes will be then eliminated during the show's results night on Tuesday.

For the dance style hive, Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko will compete against Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds & Allison Holker to the song off Bette Midler's "Too Many Fish in the Sea" and Little Richard's "Great Gosh A'Mighty" respectively. Laurie Hernandez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy, on the other hand, will fight against Marilu Henner and Derek Hough for the dance style dance tango to the tune of Crystal Lake featuring Kifi's "Into the Sunset" (Headhunterz Radio Edit) and Imagine Dragons' "Battle Cry."

Meanwhile, Florida Georgia Line will reportedly perform their top hits "Cruise and "H.O.L.Y" in "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 week 3 elimination episode on Tuesday, Sept. 27. In addition, Fitz and The Tantrums will also perform their hit song, "HandClap," which is part of their self-titled album.
