Chicago Bulls Latest News: Jimmy Butler Going To Toronto Raptors? He Is Part Of The Projected Line-Up For Bulls' 2016-2017 Roster

Jimmy Butler of the Chicago Bulls is rumored to be traded to Minnesota Timberwolves and possibly reunite with his former coach, Tom Thibodeau. This new trade rumor surfaced during the same time that reports have come out saying that Butler is one of the NBA stars included in the line-up of Chicago Bulls for the 2016-2017 NBA season.

For the trade rumors surrounding Butler, Sportsrageous reported that Chicago Bulls will be trading Butler because he has had a couple of arguments with the team's new head coach, Fred Hoiberg. Accordingly, Butler also cannot work well with Dwayne Wade and Rajon Rondo that is why he is being traded by the Chicago Bulls.

Wade and Rondo are newcomers in Chicago Bulls and Butler used to have all the spotlight on him since he is the franchise player of the team. Many are worrying that the skills of these three players will not match making it possible for the team not to successfully win games during the playoffs and the conferences.

Accordingly, Minnesota Timberwolves and Boston Celtics have offered Chicago Bulls during the draft time but it was unclear why Timberwolves might acquire Butler. Reports are saying that the reason behind Butler being traded to Minnesota Timberwolves is due to the fact that he might play better with Thibodeau being his coach. After all, Thibodeau was the one who mentored him and made him the kind of player that he is now.

As for the expected line-up of Chicago Bulls for the 2016-2017 NBA season, Heavy reported that Rondo, Wade, and Butler are the top three players for the team. The other players most likely to play for Chicago Bulls' starting lineup this upcoming NBA season are Taj Gibson and Robin Lopez.

For the projected bench players for Chicago Bulls, this includes Isaiah Canaan, Denzel Valentine, Nikola Mirotic, Doug McDermott, Bobby Portis, Tony Snell, and Cristiano Felicio.

These reports are yet to be confirmed or denied by the Chicago Bulls.
