"Girl Meets World" season 3 episode 15 is entitled "Girl Meets World of Terror 3," it was revealed that Maya and Riley would live separate lives as they are both stuck in an alternate universe. Christian Times revealed that viewers will get to see a different version of Maya and Riley as they would not care about each other.

As for the rest of their friends, they would still be the same. Farkle would still wear flamboyant outfits, Smackle would still be the geek, and Lucas would still be the bad boy. Only Maya and Riley would go through the changes, which would reveal a different version of their persona.

"Girl Meets World" Season 4 is still being debated as to whether it would be able to hit the screens or not. As of the latest speculations, it was announced that the "Girl Meets World" series would be replaced by its counterpart, "Boy Meets World."

It is still unconfirmed if the girls will be returning for season 4, but Rowan Blanchard opened up stating that they're waiting for updates too. It was speculated that the series is bound to end for its third season as the actors and actresses getting older, thus they would no longer be fit for the characters as per Morning Ledger's news.

"I know as much as you do. We all are hoping for a Girl Meets World season 4 because we want to continue our story," Rowan Blanchard stated. "I feel like it's an important story to tell. But as of right now, we just completed filming season 3 and we're still waiting on the word. But we do have more episodes coming out this year that air into early 2017, so we're covered for a little bit."
