One Plus 4 Release Date & Latest Specs: More Likely For An Early 2017 Air Date? Ready To Compete With Galaxy S8

One Plus 4 is set to compete with the big tech companies in mobile. But with the success of One Plus 3, it is inevitable that One Plus 4 will also be a big hit.

Reports have indicated that One Plus 4 will be released at the first quarter of 2017. However, if we take note of its common release dates with the One Plus One being launched in April 2014, the OnePlus 2 in July 2015 and the One Plus 3 in June 2016, it is more likely that the upcoming One Plus 4 will come on mid-2017.

There is still a possibility though that the upcoming One Plus 4 would come before June 2017 especially if it wants to compete with Samsung Galaxy S8, HTC 11 and LG G6 which are also all coming on the first quarter of 2017, Tech Radar reported.  

Features of the upcoming One Plus 4 is reported to have a 5.5" 4K display with a 4096 x 2160 screen resolution. It will have a Snapdragon Qualcomm quad core 3.0 GHZ processor kryo, 8GB RAM and choices of 32, 64 and 128 GB internal memory.

For its camera, One Plus 4 is reported to carry an 8MP selfie camera and an 18MP back camera. One Plus 4 is sure to last because of its 3000 MAH battery life. It will also carry GPU Adreno 620 and the latest Oxygen OS, One Plus 4 reported.

When it comes to the new design, the upcoming One Plus 4 may not go far to the old design of One Plus 3. It may still stay with its metal build but consumers can expect for it to be different.

While there are no reports about the price for the One Plus 4, but it is expected to still carry its mid-range price although the phone is all packed with great specs since this is where One Plus became popular for.
