Lady Gaga’s Trainer and Other Fitness And Wellness Experts Are Preparing A ‘Health Guru Event’; Nutrition, Beauty, And Fashion Classes To Be Given

Wonder how celebrities keep their legs, butt, and abs in excellent shape? Attend the next 'Healthy Guru' event usually hosted by real wellness celebrities. Everything about wellness, fashion and fitness will be discussed in this event plus get a chance to see and train with renowned celebrity fitness coaches.

Wellness is the main focus of the event named "Healthy Guru." It plans to unite nutrition, fitness, beauty, yoga and fashion. Topmost healthy-luxury brands are all gathered together in one setting during whole day event. Last Saturday, Oct. 22, New Yorkers got fit as fitness celebrities invaded Metropolitan Pavilion and hosted the event.

Classes on boot camp, meditation, yoga, spin, trampoline and barre were all taught in the event. Tips on how to be fit and the best foods to eat in order to have a body fit were also tackled by healthy influencers. In the end, everybody became a healthy sage.

Last Saturday, Oct. 22, world-renowned celebrity fitness trainers were present in the said event. The fitness coaches who attended the event were Justin Gelband, a top health instructor who trained skinny and fit models of Victoria's Secret; Trish Donegan, who taught teach Bikram Yoga class; Carlos Leon, who taught Belleon Body class; and Courtney Paul, who taught CPX Experience class.

All the largest studios were there too, such as Tone House, Row House NYW, Gotham Gym and Bari, according to Observer. Popular celebrity stylist Angelo David Piscreta invaded the beauty bar together with products from Laura Mercier.

Different lines of cosmetic products were also displayed in the event's beauty bar. Participants got a chance to ask leading beauty and health doctors about cool sculpting, fillers, botox, hair and facial removal.

To really get in the spirit of athleisure, a sportswear fashion show was showed. After a sweaty day, participants enjoyed a cocktail party which started at 5 p.m. up to 9 p.m. Every participant received a souvenir bag with the name of the sponsor on it.
