'Orphan Black' Season 5 Cast & Update: Production Begins! New Cast Members Revealed!

The unique show "Orphan Black" is on its fifth and final season. A sneak peak of the preliminary filming and casting was aired through Facebook Live in the "Orphan Black" page.

BBC America confirmed the new, existing and returning cast of "Orphan Black", including the Emmy-winning actress, Tatiana Maslany. The BTS live streaming on Facebook showed the crew, the set, and some of the casts of the Clone Club.

In a news release, BBC America President, Sarah Barnett, expressed that the way they showed the fans the sneak peak of "Orphan Black" is something innovative and it only marks the beginning of their celebration as the show is about to come to its end. A brief introduction about the upcoming episodes was also made by "Orphan Black's" John Fawcett, co-creator, and director.

The "Orphan Black" director, John Fawcett, reveals that they have started filming with Helena hunting in the forest. A short clip of the taping was posted in LA Times.

BBC released a short list of the cast and characters who will be appearing on the final season of "Orphan Black". "Orphan Black" Season 5 will be featuring returning characters Donnie, Felix, Mrs. S, Ira, Art, Scott, Kira, Delphine, Ferdinand, and Hell Wizard.

The new cast will make their debut in the final season of "Orphan Black". Andrew Moodie, Elyse Levesque, Simu Liu, Jenessa Grant, Stephen McHattie are playing significant roles in the fifth and final season.

Reports shared how the "Orphan Black" producers and Boat Rocker Studios executives feel about having to put together the show's final season. They express their pride and gratitude to all the people who made "Orphan Black" a success.

BBC America and Bell Media's Space will air the series internationally. "Orphan Black" Season 5 premieres in 2017.
