'Glee' Star Mark Sailling Faces New Rape Charges After His Child Pornography Case

"Glee" star, Mark Salling is placed under high heat as his court cases piled up. The actor was previously charged with child pornography in May but managed to bail. As of the latest update in regards to his case, however, it was reported that he is now facing rape charges.

Mark Salling previously faced child pornography cases after LAPD raided his home and found numerous child pornography videos. Lt. Andrea Grossman of LAPD stated that some of the images of school aged girls that were highly disturbing.

The "Glee" star then posted bail for his child pornography cases but was asked to wear a tracking device and is highly prohibited to go to parks, schools and other public places with children. Mark Sailing's next court hearing was set for November 7, but it was eventually moved as evidence against him may take a while to rule out according to Daily Mail.

On top of his child pornography cases, Mark Salling is also facing additional charges for rape. A woman surfaced claiming that she was raped by the "Glee" star. According to TMZ, the woman stated that they originally planned to have intercourse, but then she changed her mind and told him that she no longer wants to do it.

Despite her plea to change plans, however, the woman stated that Mark Salling forced himself on her. In addition to the reports, the woman stated that she and Mark Sailing have been dating for months before he allegedly raped her. The woman filed the case four years after she was reportedly raped, as of the latest update, it was mentioned that the DA is already reviewing her case for possible rape charges. The "Glee" star's rape charges aren't the first as it was reported that he reached a $2.7 million settlement for sexual battery. It was mentioned that he forced himself to have unprotected sexual intercourse with the woman, thus she confronted her after a week, which he then pushed her to the ground which left her injured.
