Eminem News: Em's New Album Is Dedicated To Someone Special, Find Out Who!

The ninth month album of the Rap God Eminem was confirmed a few days back but there are still no specific details revealed. The disclosure of the Em's New Album dropped a big bombshell to his fans and they were wondering what the album may feature. There are alleged leaked tracklist of the album and it was said that it is dedicated for someone special.

Em's new album is said to be emotional and dedicated to DeShaun Dupree Holton who was not only a rapper, but also an actor from Detroit. He is known for his stage name "Proof" and he used to be a childhood close friend of Eminem since they are also living on the same block.

Em said that he was always hyped during Proof's concert. But it dismayed him when Proof died because he was shot during an altercation at the CCC nightclub in Detroit way back 2006. Eminem said that Proof was really a rap genius having an excellent vocabulary.

The death of Proof greatly affected Eminem that he even shut himself down for almost a week without knowing what to react after his loss. It was days later when he came out and talked about his death.

According to Australia Network News, Proof was the D12 buddy of Eminem. He said that he didn't know where to begin especially after a loss of a person who has a big role in his life. He further said that they considered each other as brothers.

According to MTV News, he said that he already recollected his depression over his BFF's death. Kuniva revealed that Eminem almost died due to depression as well as to heavy use of drugs. He even flatlined but fortunately he recovered.

In order to express his grief, Eminem wrote a song entitled "You're Never Over" as a tribute to Proof. This song touched the hearts of many people.  He then wrote another rap entitled "Difficult" but he did not reveal it in public because he said that such is very moving and personal.
