'Robin Hood: Origins' Release Date, Latest News & Update: Director, Script & Casts All Set, Find Out What To Know More About The Upcoming Movie

Taron Egerton will star as the prince of thieves on "Robin Hood: Origins" this coming 2018. It is expected that the new "Robin Hood" movie will boom considering the director, the script as well as the casts.  

There are already numbers of "Robin Hood" movies released in the past few years and have developed its character by time. The upcoming movie "Robin Hood: Origins" has yet to begin filming, but the movie is already complete with a director, a full script and a cast.

There are still no announcements as to when the filming will begin, but one thing is for sure it will be released in 2018. "Robin Hood: Origins" will also be starred by Mr. Jamie Foxx as Little John. He is an Academy Award actor who is known for his acting skills and the team is pretty sure that he will bring his A-game for the movie.

According to SlashFilm, the Robin Hood movie that is created by Lionsgate is set to be released on March 23, 2018 putting it against Columbia and 20th Century Fox movies including "MEG" who is starred by Jason Statham, a sequel by Wreck-It Ralph by Pixar and the ever famous director Steven Spielberg "Ready Player One". Other movies will likewise be released on the month of March this coming 2018. "Robin Hood: Origins" will be available on standard screens and IMAX. 

The "Robin Hood: Origins" will be directed by Otto Bathurst, who is also the same person who directed "Peaky Blinders". The script for the movie was created by Joby Harold from the movie "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword".

The story line of the movie "Robin Hood: Origins" came as a soldier returning home from the Crusades and discovered that his other half was covered by corruption. Robin Hood created a group of outlaws to fight against the wrongful acts.

The movie is under development and yet to be finalized according to Northbridge Times. "Robin Hood: Origins" will be one of the anticipated movies by the viewers and will be compared to the last movie "Robin Hood" movie starred by Russel Crowe.
