In the middle of rumors regarding "Austin" singer Blake Shelton being embarrassed by his girlfriend Gwen Stefani, the latter's former husband Gavin Rossdale talked about his relationship with the No Doubt vocalist regarding rearing up their three children. Did Gavin Rossdale intentionally talk about his ex-wife at this time when rumors point to a shaky relationship between Stefani and Shelton? In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the "Bush" rocker Rossdale talked about co-parenting with the country singer. Gavin Rossdale admitted that he will not be able to spend the holidays with their three children, Kingston (10), Zuma (8) and Apollo (2). Apparently, the ex-spouses have an agreement to take turns in having their children during the festive holiday, and this year is Gwen Stefani's turn to enjoy Christmas with their kids.

Gwen Stefani's ex-husband also mentioned that he will be seen as coach at "The Voice U.K." this upcoming holiday, so he will be in London and far from their children. The rocker also said that he really goes to London when it is not his turn to be with their kids.

Interestingly, Gavin Rossdale has a good purpose in mind for his children this coming holiday season. The British rocker encourages his three boys with Gwen Stefani to do some charity works at "A Place Called Home," the organization that helps young people who are at-risk to have shelter and a clean family environment.

Furthermore, the rocker desires that Gwen Stefani's sons will understand the spirit of giving back during the holiday season. Gwen Stefani's ex-husband believes that if his sons will be involved with the activities of the organization to help the less fortunate youth, it will eventually make their children to appreciate what they currently enjoy in their lives and find purpose as well.
