Maternal Instinct Kicks Early For Actress Nicole Kidman, Kidman Wanted To Have Kids At Early Age

Actress Nicole Kidman, 49, opened up about wanting children at an early age. The actress said her motherly instincts started at a very early stage of her life and she knew all along that she will have children, though she did not know if ever she'll give birth. Now, she's currently mothering to four children, whose two were adopted with her ex-husband Tom Cruise and the other two were her biological kids with current husband, Keith Urban.

The thought of parenting kicks early for actress Nicole Kidman. She admitted that she thought of having a child "from a very young age," and she knew that she was going to have kids and that it does not matter to her as to how she will have babies. Since she did not know if she can give birth to a child, she decided to adopt first.

At the age of 23, Kidman married Tom Cruise and took two sons whom they named Isabella and Connor. By the time she was 27, Kidman has already two sons. However, after eleven years of marriage, they decided to split up, and Kidman took the two kids with her.

Years passed, she met Keith Urban and fell in love again. The pair got married in 2006 and finally Kidman gave birth to two children - Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. Today, she is recently enjoying being a mom to her four children, whom she all ever wanted to have.

Motherhood though started early, brought so much joy to the life of Kidman. "It (motherhood) brings me a lot of joy. There are going to be incredible peaks and valleys, whether you are an adopting mother or a birth mother," Baby Center quoted the actress as saying.

Her husband, Keith Urban, praised her for his parenting skills, saying she is an "incredible" mother and has taught him several lessons about proper parenting, the MorningTicker has learned. Urban has described Kidman as a loving, maternal and amazing mother to their four children.
