"Elder Scrolls 6"

Before the confirmation of "Fallout 4," it was hotly rumored that Bethesda would release either a new title for Fallout or a new installment for Elder Scrolls Online.

Now, Vine Report has published that the sixth installment of the popular game won't be coming out in 2016, as was earlier speculated. Rather, with the developer's focus on building "Fallout 4," we could wait as long as 2018 before a new title for "Elder Scrolls" is released.

"Fallout 4 is due on November 10 this year, after which Bethesda will continue its mod support, DLC, patches, and even Doom and Dishonored 2 slated for 2016, so Elder Scrolls 6 is highly unlikely to be lined up for a 2016 release."

Bethesda Vice President Pete Hines has also downplayed 2016 and 2017 release rumors making it likely the earliest we'd see a new "Elder Scrolls " title would be in 2018.
