'Bachelor In Paradise' Reality Star Amanda Stanton Confirms She And Fiancé Josh Murray Have Split

"Bachelor In Paradise" star Amanda Stanton just confirmed that she and her fiancé, Josh Murray, have called it quits. Murray also said in a recent statement that they are no longer together.

Murray and Stanton have called it quits after less than six months of being together. Life & Style Magazine reported that Stanton announced that they broke up but they did not release any statement about it. She said that she did not know how to go about it and called the break-up a weird thing then confirmed once again that they have broken up.

The 26-year-old reality star said that she thinks it is good to clear the air because she thinks that there have been so many questions about the status of their relationship. She added, "We did decide to go our separate ways. It's for the best."

Us Weekly also reported that 32-year-old Murray said in a statement that it has been a tough couple of weeks for him as he is no longer engaged. He added that his dog, Sabel, also passed away as well as his uncle. He said that he is emotionally drained.

When asked to explain more about his relationship with Stanton, Murray said that it just was not working out despite moving across the country for her and falling in love with her two children. Murray noted that the have similar things in life but they also have differences on other important things they want to achieve and focus on. He asked people to respect them and pray for their happiness in the future.

The news about Murray and Stanton no longer being together first surfaced in December. An insider said that Murray has been unhappy for a while now but has stayed in the relationship for her kids. She has two children, namely Charlie and Kinsley, who she had from a previous relationship.

Murray and Stanton met on "Bachelor in Paradise" Season 3. Murray was first engaged to Andi Dorfman in "The Bachelorette" 2014.
