PC And Nintendo Switch Users Cannot Have 'Persona 5' And 'Yakuza O'

"Persona 5" and "Yakuza O" are the biggest games of Atlus and Sega, the publishing partners of Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, it was confirmed that these games will not be available on Nintendo Switch.

John Hardin PR manager posted on his official Twitter account that "Persona 5" is available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. On the other hand, "Yakuza O" is exclusively available on PlayStation 4 according to Gamespot. It means that "Persona 5" and "Yakuza O" will not be available on Nintendo Switch and PC.

On January 12, Nintendo will be holding a live stream briefing. It will discuss the entire console's price and launch lineup. Some details of the console's specs will also be revealed. "Persona 5" and "Yakuza O" have not appeared on Steam according to WWG  although they are the most awaited games to be launched on PlayStation platforms.

John Hardin said that "Yakuza O" is a PS4 console exclusive game in the US. However, there is no further statement if it will be available on other platforms. But, for the European release, it is exclusively for PlayStation.

Meanwhile, Nintendo Switch is planning an expensive Switch stock in keeping the unit. It will be bundled with an additional new version of "Splatoon." It features a 1 versus 1 mode where two separate players can play on different Nintendo Switches to fight over a map. Players are also allowed to switch their weapons during the mid game.

The first party line-up of Nintendo is the most awaited list to make the fans decide whether or not they will buy the console. Switch potential buyers are looking forward to "Mario" and "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."

Atlus is a third party partner that will support Nintendo Switch. Atlus recently entered into a contract of partnership with Nintendo on Tokyo Mirage Session #FE. They will be handling the localization effort for the WII U exclusive.
