Jamie Dornan Owns Up To 'Fifty Shades' Causing A Baby Boom, Admits To Knowing All 'Frozen' Songs Like Any Parent

"Fifty Shades" franchise star Jamie Dornan has owned it up. The actor admitted that his erotic film with Dakota Johnson, which first arrived in theaters in 2015, has led to a baby boom.

Dornan had been busy the past week promoting the release of the second installment, "Fifty Shades Darker." Speaking on "The Graham Norton Show" on Feb. 9, Dornan revealed the tidbit about pregnancy surging after the first movie was released.

"There was a bit of a baby boom, which is a lovely thing," Dornan said, according to Bustle. He mentioned that a woman approached him with an interesting story about how she and her husband were able to conceive a child because of the movie.

"For years my husband and I struggled to conceive a baby," Dornan recounted what the woman told him. "We tried IVF and everything but after your movie came out we made a baby naturally."

The Irish actor said, however, doing the sex scenes was not at all natural and there was awkwardness between him and his co-star initially. He told Entertainment Tonight that since working with Johnson for the movie franchise for three years, doing the intimate scenes has become more comfortable.

"Fifty Shades" features Dornan as Christian Grey, a controlling and emotionally abusive boyfriend to Johnson's Anastacia Steele, Cosmopolitan reports. The movie is based off a book trilogy written by E.L. James.

Meanwhile, outside of doing movies, Dornan remains a family man to wife Amelia Warner and their two daughters, Dulcie, 3, and Phoebe, 1. The actor revealed that he's quite well-versed with every song from "Frozen," like any parent with little kids. These days, however, his children are very much into the "Trolls" movie.

Dornan told People that the songs from the said movie have been playing on a loop in their family car during runs and trips with the kids. "[It's] kind of fun and really kind of awful at the same time, once it's the 70th time of the week."
