Mama June, Anna Cardwell Feuding? 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' Star's Estranged Daughter Claims Mom Weightloss Due To Fame, Money

Mama June and her family became a hit in the reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." But after facing controversies, it led to the show's cancellation.

Now, Mama June stars in the new WE reality show called "Mama June: From Not to Hot" where she documented her weightloss journey. Unfortunately, her daughter, whom her relationship turned sour with, believed she did not do it for herself, claiming she did it for money and fame.

Mama June's estranged daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell said in a statement to E! News that her mom did the weight loss challenge to be more famous. Cardwell added their mom never mentioned in the past she wanted to get plastic surgery and to lose weight.

Cardwell also revealed she is positive about her guess that Mama June did it for fame because the latter's manager offered the same thing to the estranged daughter. When "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" got canceled, the manager told Cardwell if she underwent the knife it would give her another opportunity for more fame. Alana Thompson's sister continued, "I don't think she did it or anything for herself. If she would have done it for herself, she would have tried to lose the weight a long time ago."

The 22-year-old former reality star also cleared she could do another reality TV show but it will not involve plastic surgery because it scares her. She said she doubts it will happen but a lot of people told her she should do another show with her kids. The mom-of-two also admitted she missed being in the spotlight specifically because of being on TV, for the money, and for people knowing about her story.

Cardwell and Mama June started to argue over money and now they are estranged. Cardwell said they text and call each other but it is just for the money that Mama June owes her daughter for doing "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." The eldest of the siblings also revealed she no longer has contact with her three younger sisters, Entertainment Tonight shared.

Despite the thoughts of Cardwell on the weight loss journey of her mother, Mama June said recently at "The Domenick Nati Show" she would lose the weight with or without the cameras. Fans estimated Mama June paid $50,000 or more for her surgeries.
